Heel & Arch Pain

Heel and arch pain can result from conditions like plantar fasciitis or flat feet, causing discomfort and limiting mobility. This pain is often worse in the morning or after long periods of standing or walking.

Biomechanics

A biomechanical assessment can identify underlying causes of heel or arch pain, such as abnormal gait, flat feet / overpronation. This helps podiatrists develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Orthotics/Insoles

For those with biomechanical issues, orthotics provide support and comfort, making daily activities more comfortable. Routine foot care helps in early identification of any developing issues.

Custom orthotics provide support and redistribute pressure, alleviating heel and arch pain. A podiatrist may also recommend exercises to stretch and strengthen the foot muscles.
